PR Server Help

Hey Guys,

I'm tired of playing some of the not so good maps on the mod, but I was wondering, where can I get a server from and do you still have to apply for a license these days?

I saw multiplay host servers and they say that PR is preloaded but is it really?

Any help about servers would be appreciated,
