Logitech G600
I feel like a derp for not asking this before, but I picked up the Logitech G600 off Newegg the other day as it was on sale and my old Razer had start having tracking issues afrer 2 years of faithful service. This is my first Logitech product in years since I picked up a joystick and the pos was having rudder and roll issues out of the box tainting my opinion of Logitech.
What's everyone's thoughts on it? I got it cause it has a high dpi (8200) for the price (compared to other mouses in the same price range having aroud 4000) and I wanted a few extra buttons (the G600 has quite a few more than necessary for what I play, but ftw).

Re: Logitech G600
It's made for MOBAs and MMOs, and is probably best in the mid-price market .
I've been told by "professional gamers" not to use it in FPS games, the angle of the left mouse button is not good for aiming in FPS.
The G500S , G400S are the Logitech mouses available for FPS players.

Logitech G600
The G500 is a glorious masterpiece of a mouse. I don't have the S model though. It's really sturdy. I've banged it around for 3 or 4 years now and it just does not give up. That thing is just amazing.
The S model just looks like a new paint design on the outside.

Cool, I'll give it a test run for a couple of months and see how it works out. I used a Razer Naga which is an MMO mouse and didn't have any issues with FPS games.

I have the G500S works really well, tough cord too, you can also add or remove internal weights depending on you find more comfortable.

I got the mouse yesterday and played some PR today with it (quite a bit with Lito) and it's quite enjoyable. No problems with aiming or anything other than trying to get buttons configured for Mumble and switching weapons and gear.

Yes, the 600. I went derp mode and had ordered it before asking for opinions.

The thing is awesome. I'm digging it's level of comfort. Now I'm really wanting to get the Logitech G710+ keyboard.

Hmmm, just bought the G600, it's kinda different feeling than my MX518 mice before this. Will give it a go but first impressions are not as flowery as ones stated above.
