Mobile phone bug, it wont stay upto my ear?

When I put the radio up to my ear using right mouse it drops down straight away instead of staying to my ear. I can then still deploy assets as if it was still upto my ear, but it's very distracting as you can imagine. This is the second time it has happened after a reinstall when it happened last time and I'm wondering if there is a fix for it? This is happened on insurgency with the mobile phone. Thanks!

Tried it once on sbeneh, didn't stay up aswell.
