Black Gold CnC spawn point bug

Just played a round of Black Gold CnC Standard as chinese and there was no spawn point at main.
Only spawn point available was a temp one around D10 but when it expires the chinese team has only the fob (if the go all the way from D10 back to main).

Steps to Reproduce:
Just start the map and you'll see.
