The hotfix has now been added to our server to allow the limited kit requesting system to be used.

Now you will see people running from body to body swapping kits and trying to find one of the elusive kits that the quartermaster seems to give to everyone but you

(I had to steal my first support gun off a dead body, not that i was too impressed with the recoil on it :( )

Yeah lol i don't understand why the M249 SAW has so much recoil whilst prone. Surely you can tone it down and make it act like an LMG on Bipods now that:

- It's limited
- It takes longer to bring up the sights

It should be a death machine when "set up"

huzaah kits work :) great
but lets keep the vehicles igi, because now with the driver/gunner system, i think they are really an addition to pr :)

(and yes, that recoil is crazy^^)

A great server with loads of really good players, who YAY, DO use VOIP!!

Just had a few rounds again, there's ONE issue however;

You've called it a "PRMM" server - remember, it's no longer a "mini mod" ;)

All maps are currently 64 player AAS unless changes shown below in brackets after the name of the map)

1) Al Falluja
2) Hills of Hamgyong (32 player map)
3) Raid on Mosqiye
4) Operation Ghost Train
5) Qwai1
6) Gulf of Alqaba BFsp (extract mode)
7) Ejod Desert 5
8) Albasrah
9) Muttrah City

Armour is currently on the map for now, but might get removed as admin see fit dependent on how the kit limiting works out PLUS map balancing for good games.

Armour will be removed as from tomorrow morning. Would have been today but I forgot to do it before I reset the server and I didn't want to reset again and kick everyone off later.

What program should i use to find a server for the v.4 of this game? BF2 doesn't find updated servers for this game, and when i type in an IP to a server running a v.4 of this game, it says I have an older version of Project reality. But i dont.. what do i do.

There must be something wrong with your installation if you can't even join by IP. I suggest a complete reinstall of BF2 and 0.4

probably because he can't see who is hitting him.

Normally down to shifting dust and smoke, enemies creeping round behind him and those staying still hidden in bushes or shadows.

I have noticed one major terrain bug in Hills to Hamgyong but was assured by everyone else it was down to latency between users machines and server. Someone at the base of the Brits starting point appeared to be laid 2/3rds the way up a small hillock and firing through it. I was warning the player over and over to stop glitching but he didn't reply to me but was told to leave him be for now. We will be looking into this particular hillock to check what I saw was a latency issue or if there is problems in the terrain.

hmmh, dunno if this has been mentioned before, but the punkbuster idle kick time in the beginning of the round could be a little longer if possible, i get kicked from the server 9/10 times when playing hills of hamyong just because the starting lag. (hehe, and no whining about my adequate system specs ;) )

The idle kick is set to 15mins...

Surely it doesn't take you that long to get in!
