Windows 7 Read Me Error

1322: Error verifying profile settings. Please confirm the profile files are not Read-Only and try again. If the problem continues, try resetting all profiles to default in the Options menu. It only does this online but not offline. It also does this with my other games as well. How do I fix this? I use to play this on my old computer using Windows XP and recently got a new computer with Windows 7.

If the problem continues, try resetting all profiles to default in the Options menu.

Yes, I have and it still does it. The "read me only" issue is a huge problem with many people with Windows 7. It's not just this game; it does it with my RCT3 game as well.

OK then, just delete the Documents\ProjectReality folder, and open the launcher. It will ask you to re-create your profile again, do that, reconfigure your options, and you should be good to go.
