Welp, after two years of college life I'm back home for a short period of time, and that means I get to play PR again.
Quick question though, I lost my hard disk copy of BF2 and now only have my Steam version, are there any extra steps I need to follow for installing 1.1 to steam? Or will the launcher take care of it for me?

Re: PR Steam install question.
If you have problems (there might be an empty-server list after installation), here is the steam fix!

Re: PR Steam install question.
Same thing Here!!!
Works perfectly, with some minor bugs and eventual crashes when i disconnect from a game, but thats surely a WIN 8 compatibility problem...
No steam issues at all - and no need to launch steam in order to launch an play PR !!!

Re: PR Steam install question.
And if you care, the steam overlay works fine if you launch PR through steam
