Launcher fails to load profile, loads after 3rd try

Today when I started PR, which was fine yesterday, it couldn't load my profile at first, so it said it found no profile for me and prompted me to recover my profile from online. So I kept closing it and trying again instead of importing my profile, and on the third try, PR loaded just fine as normal. But now I get error 1322 when I try to play. I had my profile set to automatically load instead of asking me.

I tried restarting, setting my project reality profile folder in my documents folder to make sure nothing in there's read-only, which doesn't work (the "read-only" box goes back to being half-checked, meaning some of them are still read-only, after each time I apply those changes to all files, but that problem's not new), and finally reset all profiles to default using the button for that in the options window. That did the trick.
