Error 61 when updating 1.1.1.0

I get this error when I lauch PR for the first time. Can anyone help?

is your antivirus running a scan in the background?
Did you run the updater twice at same time?

I'd suggest check the above and just trying to update again.

Thanks for the advice. I'm in the process of reinstalling the mod. If it fails again I'll try your method.

Thanks, disabling the firewall and anti virus scanner worked.

IF you tell me the exact AV and firewall software, I can give you some advice as how to allow the PR programs through your firewall /anti-virus without totally disabling your antivirus/firewall if you need.

Nice call Oralis. With that information, what that error means is that his firewall has isolated or sandboxed one or more files that PR needs and in lay terms; is being used by that program (the process of isolation). hahaha....Kinda asinine huh?

But I believe that since he's basically "spoofed" his firewall into letting PR run that first time hes probably good to go now and in the future with firewall up until of course a major update. So yeah he needs to let you know his firewall/AV program so you can help him make a specific rule for PR.
