1. You need a pilot kit to use a helicopter or jet. And you will need a crewman kit to operate a APC/TANK or other armored vehicle.

2. You cannot re-arm a vehicle as a soldier, you will need to use the vehicle repair/rearm stations. For wheeled and tracked vehicles use the vehicle depot located in the main bases. It looks like this:


To repair a vehicle in the battlefield you can use the repair drop of a logistics truck.

For jets/helicopters it's different, they need to be repaired at the point where they spawned. So a helicopter will re-arm/repair at the heli-point and the jets will do so next to the runways.(I'm not a pilot myself, might be wrong here).

3. Not sure what you mean with this one.

#3 Means some kits (like the sniper kit) are limited to a certain set amount per team at any given time. This means that if you really want to snipe you must keep trying until a slot is available.
