RAF Tornado GR4 Brimstone LT

The laser targeted Brimstones plays the sound when fired identical to the one played when trying to exit from it before the bug fix. It does not even fire a projectile when it has acquired a lock, essentially becoming a waste of ammo. It was tested on an online server with rcon oneman enabled and later disabled.

Steps to reproduce: Get in back seat of Tornado and fire a Brimstone non-TV.
