Project reality BF2 launcher has stopped working

Hello I play PR every once in awhile. I recently reformatted my pc. PR worked before and I was using the latest version that is out. The launcher will not start now after I have reformatted. BF2 works fine. It is updated to the latest patch. I have tried to uninstall everything and install it again to no victory. Wondering if there is an easy fix. Thanks!

Solution:

Roll your computer clock back to March 15 2014. Launch PR, and it will offer an update. Update the game. Once the update is successful, change your computer clock back to the current date/time.
