Installation of PR after formatting

hi guys

my question is that After Formatting My Pc Do I Have to install PR All Over Again Then Update it ? i have the game installed in my D Drive But I Haven t Tried Playing After Formatting and iam planing on formatting my pc To Windows 8.1.1 Tomorrow pls replay :

If you format your hard disk, everything gets deleted as far as I know, so you will have to reinstall everything. If you have pr installed on another disk, you will also need to reinstall it because it will not exist in the registry and etc. of the new computer.

To Bad Because The Updates Are Large I Know I am Thankful To Them Because Of The New Cool Stuff But The Should Just Release V1.2 Like One Pack So We Can Download And Install it better than updating
