COOP I am not sure off. But it is on one of the layers of Sbeneh Outskirts.

I have never seen that ZSU on servers and I play a lot, is it co-op only?

Sbeneh Outskirts LRG layout has it.

The Shilka is on Sbeneh AAS64 and AAS128, but only on the city route and spawns after MEC captures the first flag. It also spawns on AAS32 and INS128, but right from the start.
