Breacher kit: Rope bug?

Happened on Shikotan Ins layer.
Militia Team.
Steps to reproduce: take out hook, nothing else.

I feel like we should look first into the intoxicating-wood bug.

This is a feature since before now you haven't been able to reach out and touch wood

Did you drop your kit while having the rope in "throw-mode"?

No. Spawned with the kit, selected the rope. Nothing more.
As soon as I selected it it went in the "throwing animation, without actually throwing. Just keeping the hand up high. Also a part of the hook appeared but only for as long as I didnt move

Weird, did it happen all the time even after respawning? Also did it ever happen on other maps?

Only happened once when i respawned on a new cache.
Never happened for me on other maps.

k, so its not a real problem with the hook and just bf2 doing what bf2 does
