Connection to server Lost Constantly

I just moved from The Colony TX, to Irving TX, I used to live in Irving a while back and played PR just fine. PR is not the only game i have a problem with. I "lose" connection randomly and all of a sudden. Mumble will still be working fine, teamspeak stays alive, Arma 3 and all other games never lose connection. But for PR its just all of a sudden and quick without warning and i can immediately rejoin without waiting. Sooooo Ask me questions help me out, I have been playing PR for 6 years now! I want to keep playing

A link to someone with a similar problem not too long ago. Something like random disconnect after a few minutes. But it only happens to PR in my case

I have also been getting this error since 1.2
Tried a ton of fixes from threads dating back to 2011 and it still happens at random intervals.
I'm beginning to think the only fix is reformatting my hard drive but that isn't going to happen.
