If it were a stronghold, the location itself would be the advantage.

That's usually what objectives are, either enemy assets to destroy, or enemy strongholds to take over. In Hades peak, there are several fortified outposts, for example. Those should be the flags and controlling those outposts is the prize.

What you make of the stronghold is up to you.
