Dating from back in the Quake days, in any fps game i have always bound +forward to mouse button 2.
That's fine in all games, but in PR (and in BF2 i checked), i can't open the map while i'm walking. Something about mouse button 2 pressed down and pressing "m" causes the keypress to not register.
my question is , does anyone else here use a mouse button for movement, and if so, how do you open the map while walking?
Anyone uses mouse button for forward movement?

I played Quake too, from 1996 to 2004... I know what yoy saying... It was horrible to adapt using mouse button to fire (I used for movements like you did)... but no, I don't use it for movements in PR

Out of curiousity, was there something else that you bound to "W" in Quake? Why bind walk forward to the mouse button? More precise?
