Mumble problems

Hi! I succeeded in launching PR on MAC with WMware Fusion. It works perfectly.
But Mumble doesn't works... and I really don't know why. All settings are good. I selected the good microphone.
When I enter a server I can't ear nobody and there's a symbol in the left bottom corner of the screen :
[ATTACH]8058[/ATTACH]


Can someone help me plz?
