Video capture cards

I want to record PR gameplay but my PC isn't up to the task when it comes to the more resource heavy maps, so I can't really use any software based solution.

I'm looking for a decent (preferably internal) capture card that has little no impact on CPU performance, do guys have any recommendations?

At this point, look at nvidia GPUs that are shadowplay compatible. Optimal price performance option.
