I cant see buildings, people, and other objects.

I recently started play for about a week and this problem had just occurred. I can see the floor and everything, but i cant see building if I am close to them. Also, people dont appear.

If anyone may have a solution to this, it is welcomed.

Not sure, but you could try deleting the shader cache subfolders in your Documents\ProjectReality\mods\bf2\cache\ folder. BF2 will regenerate them the next time you start the game.

Other than that, maybe update/reinstall/change your video driver?
