Aircraft joystick pitch not working after update

I just updated to the latest version today and now my aircraft won't pitch up or down in heli's or jets. Downloaded/updated drivers for my logitech extreme 3d pro and ran it through all the usual tests. All inputs from the stick are recognized in the driver setup and in the game setup. It worked fine right up to the point of the update? any ideas?

You can try to take Documents\ProjectReality.old\Profiles\0001\Controls.ini and move it to Documents\ProjectReality\Profiles\0001\Controls.ini

Your prior controls.ini was "backed up" to the Documents\ProjectReality.old directory.
AFAIK nothing has changed so the old controls.ini will work now if it worked in the past.
