Attempting to launch PR after setting resolution to 3840x2160 in launcher results in black screen, intro movies & menu never appear.
In windowed mode, movies play and menu background appears, but buttons are not present.

Just out of curiosity, does it work correctly at 1440p? (2560x1440)

IF you send over a 4k monitor I'll get right on the QC for this problem.
You might have to use a widescreen stretcher solution. There is a thread on this forum which I can't find right now which lists about 7 different ways to stretch the screen.
Since you are maintaining the 16:9 ratio, almost any of the borderless window mode stretchers should do the job if your CPU and GPU can handle the output.
