ISO file won't open!!

I keep getting an error message reading The archive is either in unknown format or damaged.

ISO keeps turning itself out of being an ISO if that makes any sense. It keeps trying to be a RAR file, but one that won't open or be opened by winrar. The first time I did this it worked fine, but I got the error 59 thing so I decided to uninstall all of it and start again. While doing this I must have made the default program to open the game Winrar Archive and it is doing something really weird. What do I want to do next? How am I able to get the download file to come out as intended.

Double check the iso file in your torrent client to make sure it isn't damaged and report back

Ok it started to download in bit torrent, but it then gave me the Error: Access is denied. (WriteToDisk) What does this mean?
