Hi guys I have been getting low fps ranging in between 18-33. Was wondering if you could help me out with gaining more fps. System hardware below.

What is the exact HP model number for your notebook?

You have three options:
turionpowercontrol
or k10stat
as ways to OC your CPU part of your APU.

And you can download:
AMD overdrive to overclock the GPU part of your APU: AMD overdrive tutorial OverClocking your Laptop for Dummies! (PART 1 of 4) - YouTube

k10stat and turionpowercontrol require much research to properly overclock your notebook. Do not balme the volunteers at realitymod.com if you break your notebook.

That being said, your APU has alot of protections to prevent those programs from causing hardware problems.
