15 minutes passed, the infantry was defending Monastery against the heavily fortified UN Outpost, me and Erye (I think this was his name) already had killed one BTR, one cow and several soft targets with our APC and the Tanks were now rolling to the Battlefield.
"Squad 1 this is Squad 6"
"Send it, six"
"Be advise, tow in UN Outpost"
"Roger"
The information was given but that didn't stopped them, 5 minutes later both tanks were down. It was now our 2 APCs against their 2 tanks plus 2 BMPs, by the time I said this our 2nd APC dies.
*Gasp* With no tanks, no tows, no communication and only one APC I start loosing hope, there is no way we'll win this.
But then out of nowhere a commander steps in, comms start flowing, fobs being built and information about tanks start to be more and more precise.
"Tank down", says one.
"Tank down", says another
Both tanks were down by our infantry but it was nothing to celebrate until someone says
"Both APCs down."
Tables have turned. We had more firepower, we had all the armor. Knowing that any movement would be foolish against their fortified flag I simply place my APC in position to rush.
30 minutes of game means one thing: Area Attack.
"Tow is down, good area attack", says the commander, this was our only chance. I start rushing, we kill one fob, one squad and dodge a HAT.
By the time we get to south side of the map our Chinook had drooped an infantry squad and while giving them cover they build a fob and destroy theirs.
Another Hat dodge. Mec team starts to concentrate on us ignoring the 2 squads moving from monastery with the help of our new tank already in position.
With low ammo we RTB the APC while dodging our 3rd HAT.
The team was doing a really good job, one squad was defending, 2 were attacking and commander was monitoring the heavy assets allowing the apc (me) and the tanks to help the infantry.
But wasn't enough, infantry was still dying in the base of the mountain and the enemy tanks were heading towards the Flag. With this in mind I rush my APC towards UN outpost.
By the time we arrive the top, we caught an entire squad running like fools in the open, my gunner starts killing them all, I quickly see the enemy HAT, 70m away, I inform my hat but its to late...
...for him, I'm already prepared, I speed up dodging the 4th HAT, we circle the flag always engaging the remaining soldiers but its already GG.
Rounds over, we win.
