PR 1.2/1.2.1 close after intro

Before updating to 1.2, the game was working perfectly. After the update to 1.2 and now 1.2.1 the game close after the intro screen and the dog tag spin few times.
No error message just the message that say "PR has closed. Cleaning up resource.."

I did reinstall the game twice, and download a new image and install again.

I did read the forum about similar problem: I remove Overwolf, disable Steam Overlay, I make exception in my AV software and check my firewall exception. Run the game in window mode make it crash same as the fullscreen mode.

Some Spec of my computer: Window 7 Ultimate 64 bit up-to-date
Cpu; AMD A-10 5700
No graphic card , graphic driver up-to-date
....

PS: i don't know how to get the full spec like other tread in the forum
PS2: PR team is awesome to keep the same quality work after all this year

I never use the forum even i did read a lot, i play PR since few year now and never got any problem.

What antivirus do you use?

I use Avast and TinyWall as firewall

I recheck my exception, try with the AV deactivated, remove and install another AV which Im more familiar with.
PR behave same.
I sure that next update will fix because before the 1.2 nothing has change on my computer.
