I can not enter my account.

I can not enter my account. Constantly says that the password is wrong. Gives an error when trying to open a new account.

As of now, no way to retrieve a lost password.

To fix this problem , update this:
Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Offline Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center

Install it, try again.
