Was playing insurgency on Iron Ridge as the russians, I made an infantry squad althrough I wanted to join a vehicle squad (tank/apc). When a slot opened up I joined one of the vehicle squads (tank), but apparantly the server still thought I was leading a squad and messages kept popping up of this random guy leaving my squad to some obscure name leaving my squad.
It even gave messages from other squads (basicly when anybody in my team left their squad I would know about it....). And it's even possible I got messages from the opposite team although I didn't test this. After several minutes waiting for the tank to spawn (and my squadleader getting crushed by the cow 2 times, which was hilarious (sorry [TZ] Jello)), after we just moved out of our base in the tank and were already getting shot at by infantry (was in the MG slot) we engaged and after moving out of the city the server crashed...

I've had this bug, i can't remember but i think leaving the squad and rejoining fixes it sometimes.
