1001: Error connecting to server. (11002)

Win7, after first run PR launcher I take error 1001: Error connecting to server. (11002) ANtivir and Firewall off.

Yes, with one provaider - error 11002/11003, with second provaider - all is ok. Hate him.

Yes, with one provaider - error 11002/11003, with second provaider - all is ok. Hate him.
yeah iv been getting the same problem and still am even after messing with my internet a bit.
