A start is reading here, then try out CO OP. However the medic doesn't work the same way, even so it's a good learning ground.
If you're lucky you'll find someone to help out, it they speak the same languages as you most people are very happy to help out beginners.

Read the manual, I know you probably wouldn't read a manual for any other game but you should give it a second thought for PR, have it open while playing and Alt+Tab if you need to figure something out.
When you join a game for the first time you should join an infantry squad and stick with the Rifleman kit, tell the squad you're a newbie (mic is almost essential) and they'll help you.
