v1.2 Hades Peak - Can't request kit on Co-op

Description:
While playing as dutch, I could not request any kit from any supplay crate I tried, except pilot and crewman. I tried in at least two flags. You can resupply ammo from them though

Steps to Reproduce:
Start a LOCAL server, load Hades Peak (inf layout) and try to get a kit from a supply crate.

I also noticed that there is a small HUD text problem when using the GTLD:



Probably happening to any faction, I tested as dutch and russian

Might be hardcoded, unsure. I'll let the professionals answer that.

I'm not a dev, or a contributer, but from hanging around here it's not hard-coded since the kit request system is coded. All that's needed to fix it is an edit using notepad++ since all supply crates are for each faction, like supply crate dutch forces, or it could be a map bug. *Shrugs*

As for the GTLD bug, it's is in their tracker I think and fixed maybe.
