IN WIndows Explorer, Manually start PRMumble, AS AN ADMIN.
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 2 Complete COllection\mods\pr\bin\PRMumble\PRMumble.exe

in prmumble->Configure->Settings->Press the "Restore to Defaults" blue button on bottom left.

Close PRMumble.

Try to start PRLauncher.

Okay thanks.

It didn't work at first since I just clicked "Restore to Defaults" on the first page of settings, but after clearing the settings on the hotkeys page it worked fine.
