Black Screen on Startup - Critical Error

First time install of PR and on launching a black box appears on the screen and a critical error warning appears on windows tool bar. any suggestions appreciated.

Congrats, you just recorded an new bug.
Now let's try to squash it quickly.

1.

open prlauncher->click Support->Click Copy to CLipboard Button

Paste the text here so I can see your system specs.

2.
open prlauncher->click Options, in the Video tab, UNTICK the Fullscreen tickbox. Change the resolution to something smaler than your fullscreen resolution.
Start PR to test.
You should get a pop up windows error message , screencapture or write down the error code and post it here.

If AncientMan or Pysrus see this, please try to help me out, I don't know where to start.
