Cannot Download PR for BF2

Hello, new to the forums. I'm trying to download Project Reality for Battlefield 2. When I click "download" my browser tries to load the page/file but after about 5 minutes, Chrome finally gives up.

It's possible my university is blocking the download but I don't know if there's some way to be sure of that. Is there another place I can download PR from?

And thanks for the download! One last quick question, this works with the Steam version of Battlefield 2, yes?

EDIT: Also I can't seem to get any connections. Are the trackers correct?

It works with the Steam version, and they should be correct. I'm downloading it through the torrent right now. Granted, it's only coming down at about 20kbps when a normal download on this connection is 1.5mbps.

Seems my university is blocking this torrent then. They block the majority of them, but not every single one. Might see if I can't go talk to the IT department and get them to make an exception for PR. It's obviously legal (and the only way to obtain it!).
