Had some really good teamwork going on tonight on Black Gold and Muttrah, lots of Mechanized infantry tactics with mortar support mixed in, those are my favorite ^^

Great server but needs more ACTIVE admins. Server has been seeding/full for a few hours now and no admins have been on. All the dickheads come out in droves when there's nobody to slap their wrists.

Just wanted to add that playing as INS while seeding for 2 maps just to be put back on INS team when an admin scrambles so they can be blufor again is pretty fucked up.

Scramble doesn't put admins on blufor >_>

Also if you are complaining about a lack of admins, why not apply for a position yourself?

50% chance to. But its fine, I was just pissed when I posted. Admins are on, all is well.

!r them in game and make a post about it on the forums. We will deal with the offenders accordingly.
edit: guy misplacing his nade at main has been dealt with.

PM one of the senior admins about it.. it's counter productive to use scramble on an insurgency round.

I thought the system you guys did before you switched for PRTA was great.

To be blunt this doesn't even make sense. If an admin was doing that to play as BluFor again they could literally use the !switch command to do it and not bother scrambling. What most likely happened was the admin/s felt a scramble was necessary and used the !scramble command then ended up getting teamswapped. And to respond to DC's point, scrambling on INS is perfectly fine as long as a !restart command is used that way the cache positions are moved.

It has been a long time since we have followed that system. I mean it is encouraged to do it that way, but at times the server population really doesn't want to play INS. If the majority have expressed a desire to play AAS, then we will usually just play AAS and vice versa. I understand the desire to be able to play on both sides though, and perhaps this is something we can discuss among the team again.

Hopped onto PR for the first time in a few months and played on FCV[PRTA], and I had a blast! It was really fun to talk to some familiar names, and also meet new ones! When I got on there were about 5 admins keeping the server under control, which was awesome. All in all I had a wonderful time

We will generally do a AAS vs. INS vote. It doesn't really make sense to me to run two INS back to back if the majority really wants to play AAS.

The status of the Spandrel and other ATGM vehicles wasn't really clear in the old rules. A new set of rules is coming up soon though, in which all ATGM vehicles are claimed by the APC squad.

The time I got on FCV was the only populated server. I also resigned from director a while ago so now I'm just a pub! Anyway, I'll definitely be playing more frequently now, I'm just a little rusty

if you dont run them back to back....a coordinated enough team could manipulate the voting system to where 1 team will be blufor every time ins is played if they so choose to vote that way.....you want to be on the other side of that? personally i dont mind...i love being opfor but most dont..would you agree?
