Mumble Glitch? (Singleplayer/Multiplayer)

I know how to fix this by quitting mumble, however I just want to see if this is a common issue? Sometimes I play PR singleplayer just to see assets and maps, and I make a squad to get kits. The thing is when I make a squad I can hear mumble from a random squad (and I hear the mumble as a Squad Leader would) in a random server(although it has often been from =HOG=). Anyone else ever experience this?

Happens to me a lot too.

It's hilarious, because you can even talk back to them using the squad chat.
