What PC i need to buy for a comfortable game or is there a way to optimize PR?(I doubt it but still do not want to lose hope)

Hi and sorry... with that PC you should not bother trying to play PR, it will be a terrible experience for you.
DDR1 ram and a Pentium 4 CPU... that's a computer from 2003 which is 11 years ago. That is when dial-up was still more popular than broadband in OECD countries (Page 23-24).
Buying a budget intel PC with a mid range graphics card would be suitable, but with PR having ~500 active players max per night, I would not recommend purchasing a new computer just to play PR.
