Randomly Crashes

Post by zeka83 »

Some times PR crashes randomly to desktop without any error given, Just game closes for no reasons in the middle of the gameplay. Happens Randomly during the gameplay, aprox 2-3 times every 2 hours of gameplay, it is very annoying especially when you fly TRANS or CAS. You just waste Assets because of the fucking game crash.

My Specs:

OS: Windows 7 Professional x64
CPU: Intel i5 2500k 4.2Ghz
RAM: 16GB @ 1333Mhz Vengance.
Video Card: GTX 550Ti SC.
HDD: 2TB Seagate 7200rpm.
MB: Gigabyte: z68 Chipset.
SoundCard: Creative Sounblaster Z.

did research on the internet, but didn't find anything useful.

The incidence of crashing to desktop is much higher in vehicles... I'm not sure why. I generally play for days on end with no issues as infantry, but when I play as armor, CAS or trans I will CTD around once a day, sometimes less.

Omg, I am having the same issue as well! And people would probably think I am wasting assets. Just crashed again in 5 min. Was of course flying on Khamsiya.

Same happens to me, for no reason, no error, nothing, and I play most of the time as infantry.

Never happens to me, but I am rarely in vehicles and my computer is pooh.
Pentium duo2.4/9600MGT/4GB ram.

Try running lower graphics? Empty shaders? Defrag? Switch of any non vital background programs?

I recently noticed a big fps drop and using GPUz I discovered that the GPU was running at X1 not X16 which is lead free solder cracking on the BGA.
