Constant Disconnection

All the sudden I'm constantly getting disconnected from servers. Usually once every 30 minutes or more. I can't even get through an entire round. I don't understand what's causing this, and I don't understand how to stop it.

What do you use for a modem and router setup?

Does it lose connection then go away then come back and so on? Then finally disconnect you? If so I do get that quite often.

It is so damn annoying and I have no clue what causes it.
