Error Connecting

Error: 1004 Error Connecting to server 10060

I've searched and seen some things about this issue but all of the suggestions have left me still dead in the water. I had issues with my Internet last night and have resolved those but am still getting this error whether I try to login with existing or retrieving user account(s).

I've run a tracert and I stop in Kansas City, MO on the 14th hop.

TCPView shows me that I'm attempting to connect to the following:

PnkBstrA.exe 1536 UDP 2-PC 44301 * *
PRLauncher.exe 4396 TCP 2-pc 53923 142.54.165.198 29900 SYN_SENT

netstat tells me this:

Proto Local Address Foreign Address State
TCP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:53934 142.54.165.198:29900 SYN_SENT

I look online with PRSPY and it appears that there are people that are currently playing which makes me wonder why my connection stops at almost the end point as 192.187.107.1 is in Kansas City, MO where the 142.54.165.198 is at.

Any ideas? I haven't changed any configuration.

My friend and I are having the same issue. We live in two different states so I imagine it's not just us. Are the servers down or something?

I too am having a problem connecting today. Same error.

It appears that it may be weather related. All I can say, I hope the servers don't go down right now as the players may not be able to reconnect.

Now one thing I haven't tried is to create an offline account and see if I can connect via IP address.. hrm.... I know that kind of sounds at odds but I don't remember the screens when I went in via the offline account.

Well, it appears that PR is down for the count. Just looked at PRSPY and there is not a single server listed, empty or populated.
