Commanders
After receiving the applications for the commander position, the admin team had to go through a hard process to find the right Commanders for each team. Aswell as ensure there is staff for both teams, we feel confident that the ones we have chosen will represent this tournament well, and lead their teams respectivly. Ladies and Gentlement, without further delay we present them;

Factions
The teams will receive a distribution of the factions based on faction alignment in Project Reality with a few exceptions. The RedFor team, known as the Eurasian Exarchate, will have access to a number of factions including Russia, China, MEC, in additioan to the various militia and insurgent factions. The BluFor team, known as the Vikings, will have access to a number of factions including American Army and Marines, various NATO members and Israel factions. Tournament structure
The tournament will be structured following a simple hierarchy consisting of two blocks, the first one being the Admin team which includes the contributors, moderators, technicians and admin team and the second block being the teams. Each team might be organized differently, but the basic outline of their organization looks like this:
The War of the Faction Tournament intends to give more depth of strategy to PR, the already great gameplay we have been given by over 10 years of development, working on the founding ideas of teamwork and communication.
These exciting features, some exclusive to the WotF, will be combined to give you some exciting and intelligent games. The core tournament features will be;
- 50 versus 50 player battles.
- Customizable assets and factions for maps avaliable in Project Reality.
- A sane and logical purchase system featuring all available vehicles in Project Reality.
- Team and squad Trainings.
- A chain of command, ensuring a properly organized team.
- Interesting strategic depth with a dedicated OpFor and BluFor team.
- Several Campaigns planned to ensure Tournament longevity.
- Bold, new and old Commanders with alot of motivation to lead you into battle!
- A competitive atmosphere, with emphasis on team pride and personal acomplishments.
- Clans and pubbies welcome, if you have friends, we have space.
- Key features that will cater for the strategic and tactical minded, with a campaign map.
- A Developing tournament, with new features being added as the tournament progresses.

Since the Tournament Battlecycle will last 3 weeks we hope the teams will create something extra to give out to the rest of you all! The admin team will to the best of their ability highlight each battle with an after battle report, where we will comment the battlerecorder. We have many more features in development, which we hope to deliver over the course of the campaigns, but we already have more than enough to begin a fun tournament. We just need you to sign up, participate and most importantly contribute your ideas, experiences and feedback, so as to create a tournament beyond all our expectations.
We are open to all players of PR including players from regions wishing to play together who have limited English skills. WotF fully encourage and invites all the minor and major PR clans who may be interested in larger scale organized PR battles and testing their mettle against the rest of the community. Clans are encouraged to recruit new members from the squads they play in, so long as they do not fall into spam like behaviour.

The Tournament battles will start each Saturday, between 1800 and 2100 PRT. Usually lasting around 4 hours if you include preperation, battle time and debriefing.
Officer and Grunt Signups will start in the 11th of September at 1900 PRT with both teams now preparing to let them in.
The campaign itself will begin sometime in October, more details will come after the signups. There will be a gathering in the War of the Factions Teamspeak, join us on the 11th to celebrate the signups!
