Please post your system specs:
PRLauncher->support->Copy to clipboard button
Paste everything here:
-------
What is your firewall?
antivirus?
router/modem manufacturer and model number?
What type of ISP do you have?
completely shutdown you're antivirus and then try to contact http://prbf2.cdn.ancientdev.com/hashes_1.0.36.0.prhf , let me know if you can download
we don't need that file, it's just to make sure you can reach our main download fileserver.
-------
also try this:

[R-COM]LITOralis.nMd wrote:This is probably your firewall or antivirus or router blocking the programs:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\bin\PRLauncher.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\bin\PRUpdater.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 2\PRBF2.exe
So,
tell us which firewall , which antivirus and what router you have.
try turning off your firewall then update again.
try disabling your antivirus and updating again.
Tell us your router and we'll tell you likelihood that it might be the problem.

also this:
'[R-COM wrote:LITOralis.nMd;1998863']Do you have a newer Linksys router? It might have a built in firewall...
Please read this post:

We're really down to two possibilities
1. firewall is blocking ports
2. router is blocking ports
You might need to forward your ports to your PC,
I still think it's a firewall issue, it almost always is.

It's possible IPv6 is causing you problems there. Go to the network adapter you use to connect to the Internet, select "Properties", on the "Networking" tab untick "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)", OK it, then restart the machine. Run PR, and if it still fails, make another ProcMon log if you can and paste it here.
