Jevski on HOG

Hi all,

I just registered on here to tell you all a little story. I'm pretty sure Jevski will come in here and lie about this, or maybe he'll ignore it, either way, happy to help the community.

Today at 1600 I joined the HOG server, simply asked the admins to kick the afks, and was kicked by Jevski. Joined the server again, asked why that happened, was kicked again by Jevski with him quoting "just so you know this is me kicked you" before he did it. I rejoined a third time and asked where I can make a complaint, and continued playing..

Ironically the admins at this point kicked a few afks, after which Jevski kicked a guy for not speaking english, then kicked me again because I asked him why he kicked someone for not speaking english. I rejoined and he said he kicked me for chat spam - it was one line of chat, with nothing offensive, as I was playing the game normally and to the rules. He then banned me from the server completely, and in local mumble he told me to "fuck off you stupid kid i'll kick you when I want." during the game. Keep in mind at no point did I actually do anything wrong.

2 days ago on HOG I witnessed half of the server literally typing #fuckjevski and making discussion on how he is literally the worst admin ever, and is a bad thing for the PR community as a whole. This went on for about 30 minutes straight, on the HOG server. I have to say, I agree. For a game with not much population, and not much future, this is exactly the type of person you should not have as an admin.

I would also like to point out before these incidents I witnessed Jevski banning people left and right for almost zero reason, and I have at several seperate occassions been on other PR servers when diferent players have come in and not only made fun of HOG, but specifically of Jevski.

You where told many times by HOG clan players to stop spamming all chat.

You where told repeatedly read read the rules. Which im guessing you still havent done.

I didnt kick some1 for not speaking english, not that is any of you business, I resigned the SL of the CAS sqd.
Its kinda important that the team can communicate with the SL of cas dont you think?

Also, going "dont make a troll out of me. I will come back, i know things." is a direct threat towards to server and thrust me, HOG does not take kindly to that.

And last, the ones having a problem with me are players who dont follow the rules, and come on the server with an attitude like yours.

He owns the server. He can do what he wants. If you don't like it than stay off of it. Believe me you're not the first person to have a problem with hog. I haven't played on hog in over a year due to a similar situation with the prwars admins. I'm guessing you're probably on the east coast of canada and that was the lowest ping server closest to you. FCV is in florida and the ping is only 20ms more and that server has real chill admins.

That's why 1/3rd of the American PR community stays off hog.

Lets get this to happen somehow PR community! Make a habit of not joining the HOG server until it does!

You do that. I play co-op 95% of the time just to fuck around, and on PRTA/FCV the rest of the time when my friends are on and we wanna be tactical and shit.

There is taking the game seriously on one hand and nazi admins on the other.

If you do anything that irritates him you getting banned fool, looks like the population is dwindling on that server anyways people don't want to play there.

Wrong. A server admin has to follow a certain PR ethos when getting a server license as stated in the license agreement:

You are responsible for the proper administration and management of your server(s) in a fair and friendly way. The LICENSOR may, at the LICENSOR'S discretion and without prior notice, revoke this LICENSE if the LICENSOR believes that the server(s) is administered in such a way that it brings Project Reality into disrepute.

So if you have problems with a server, take it to their feedback thread.

I love that Jevski are following the server rules 100% and you bunnies cry about it, every day this happens, oh well, at least i got a good laugh on such a shitty day.

Also, "why don't we get 100% to stay off HOG?" why do you love easter eggs, its a great server for those of us that got taught basic lovely manners as a child and also appreciate the opportunity to play on a server, that isn't full of trolls because of admins like Jevski.

Now i wasn't there, so can't say what happened, the server logs can tho, i don't have access to them, so don't ask me.

And what is this? the 10th lolipop complaining about his own incompetence and failure to read the server rules so he will instead blame the admin?, even when i wasn't an admin on HOG and Jevski was, I never had a problem with him, you want to guess what that reason might be? you'd probably get it wrong anyways so Ill tell you, I read the server rules.

Oh the humanity!... but like i said up top tho, thanks for the laugh of the day on such a day.

Holy shit you did a great job summing up this thread. I can say that I break the rules, but when I screw up, it is my fault. I've read the rule on their website and have gone into their Teamspeak to get them clarified a bit more. It was all pretty obvious - don't be a dipshit and you can play on the server. The rules are fair on their server, and all of the admins act within this rule set (at least from what I have seen), so any misbehavior is almost definitely on your part!

Jevski owns the server, he can do as he pleases within reason. Maybe providing some sort of proof would help your case. If you don't like it there, don't play there.

Jevski is the worst admin I have ever seen in PR, a lot of people are complaining about is behaviour in game and that's not because he respect the rules at 100%, he just don't know how to read what is happening in game and do a lot of mistake because of that. Sometime Im just laughting because of the ridiculousness of the situation when he is warning or kicking/baning peoples.
One advice, don't play on the HOG server if you have the choice.

These are the only words that I know to be 100% true in this thread.

For everything else, this indeed is not the place. Contact the Dev team directly with proof (as extensive as possible) for a breach of the server license agreement if you want. Epoch is the guy in charge of this but won't be very happy if he gets spammed with anything short of absolute proof of dramatic misbehaviour.

Otherwise, just play elsewhere, thanks
