Round time, asset respawn time

In 1.2 rounds usually last 30-60 minutes. Only rarely over 60 minutes, in general. Asset respawn times are mostly 5-15 minutes, with the exception of T-72 on a layer of Sbeneh Outskirts and the dutch CAS on Arctic Lion.

This in my opinion ruins the idea of PR, since assets and tactical play do not matter as much anymore. Longer rounds in 0.9 and especially before it (60-120min) were good because it would be a fight for the win, whoever was more tactical/conservative/knew how to attack would be able to win rounds by capping the enemy out eventually. It was the longer rounds/more valuable assets that made the game more intense. Assets mattered more due to the long respawn times (20 minutes for any tank/CAS, 10-20 minutes for APCs and so on...)

As opposed to 0.9's 17 minutes, in 1.2 you get CAS up in <10minutes from the start of the round. Most of the time before the enemy has had time to set up AA defense. Some CAS even has 10 minute respawns. Most tanks and APCs spawn right away with respawn times of 5-15min. This leads to using assets very poorly most of the time and they have little value. This ruins PR's immersion and idea, and the excitement of long rounds.

The ticket count/system and asset respawns should be reverted to the old ones in my opinion.
