v1.2.1.0 Pavlovsk FOB Glitch

Description:
US able to spawn on Russian built FOBs, occured after US capped both Central Base and Cargo Area. Enemy FOBs in grid H 1 4/1 and I 4 9

Steps to Reproduce:
Build some Russian FOBs and have US cap Cargo and Central?

It also makes Russian FOBs unspawnable to the Russians.

Saw it occur again today. Timing is consistent with the logic for giving USMC control of the repair bays after capping and holding the first three flags. I forgot to test whether USMC commander had the capability to delete the fob or if it counted toward the 6 FOB limit.

Happend on =MeRk= today. US capped 'Central Base' and all russian FOBs and RPs were spawnable for US. Once we took 'Central Base' back, we could spawn at all US FOBs and their repairstations. It was the STD layout.

I've seen this report before, I thought it might be an isolated incident, Not sure what's causing this tbh.

USMC only gets the repairstations if they cap a flag IIRC. So I guess it has something to do with that.

There was missing controlPointID for one of the central base flags. Fixed in next version

Opposite happened to today on new. Our (ru) squad was able to spawn on usmc rally at their repair station in the bottom south east of the map.
