PRSpy server down?

Good Evening,

It appears that the server or the link to the server is down? My tracert is stopping at:

13 38 ms 39 ms 52 ms ve-101.edge-b.clay1.mci.us.wholesaleinternet.net
[69.30.209.138]

and not going any further.

The PRSpy server's ip is 142.54.165.198 right? I guess if your already logged in you can join by IP but I can't login so I'm dead in the water.

Only displaying 3 servers in the server browser list in PR currently. Problem is not isolated to just me.
