I cannot create an online account for PR

For somereason, This happens. I will fill the hole thing out. And press create, It says it could not connect to the sever... I just got this game and this was a bummer to me

More often than not this is your antivirus or firewall blocking the prlauncher.exe and then also the prbf2.exe files .

so make exceptions for both of those files, then try again.

OK, can you please go to PRLauncher.log and open it in notepad then copy and paste it here.

It's found something like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapp\common\Battlefield 2 Complete Collection\mods\pr\bin\prlauncher.log

or C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 2 Complete Collection\mods\pr\bin\prlauncher.log



I'll refer you to this thread, where the guy had the same problem. i offered him the most common and easiest fixes first, then escalated from there. please post back on this thread with any questions about any of this, and we'll get you sorted out.

Alright. Thanks for replying. I will look at my firewall. I will reply as soon as I can with my log. Right now im busy. Thanks so much for replying. It took me three days to get BF2 Downloading it and it took me about a day to download PR however it doesnt matter because time is time.

where is this installed?
If it's installed on a drive other than your OS drive, it could be the problem.

Easiest answer I have is to uninstall .NET Framework: 4.5+ Release Build: 379893,
download the newest .NET Framework: 4.5.2.x
Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (Web Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2 from Official Microsoft Download
install it at it;s default location on C:\Windows
reboot, then test PR.

also in general, any proxy software you are running could be the cause of this.

What antivirus are you using? Norton or something else?

I'm almost certain that PRLauncher.exe is being blocked by your antivirus and/or firewall software.

Go into your antivirus and firewall and make exceptions for these programs.
