I torrented bf 2 used the key provided and was informed I was banned from top servers. I would now like to purchase a legit key if I do so can I change my key and get unbanned?

You have to format everything install windows install legit copy of BF2.

I'm sure there are registry things you can delete rather then reinstall everything..

You can change the key but I dont think you can change the hash. This is the case since the main servers have been shut down and a community run server has been put up so outdated info is outdated.
