I can't login to PR

Hello, I am in need of help. I was playing on HOG around 6 hours ago ago and my ping (usually around 60) jumped up to 900 and eventually my game crashed to desktop. I tried to rejoin and noticed my account 'daxt2' has been deleted from the select profile menu on the project reality launcher, which was weird. So I retrieved it and and noticed that I cannot click the 'login' button to play. I tried creating several accounts and restarted my computer/connection and it was still the same. I even did a clean install of the game but it still does not allow me to click login for any online accounts that I create.

Go to \Documents\ProjectReality\

rename the Profiles Directory to ProfilesBackup

Keep the Explorer window with \Documents\ProjectReality\ minimized.

Start up PRlauncher again and retrieve your online profile and test.

It should work now.

If it doesn't, go to the \Documents\ProjectReality\ directory, right click the new Profiles subdirectory, select Properties. general tab->Attributes->make sure the "Read Only tickbox is NOT ticked. Click Apply if you have to untick it.

Then start up PRlauncher again and try to log in.

I have tried both of your suggestions and none of them have worked. The 'login' button still remains grey.
